Richard explores the Bible’s third Hebrew word, "Elohim," to understand more about who God is and what Yeshua (Jesus) meant by "you are gods." The fourth Hebrew word, the untranslated "et," shows us how God explains His plan from the beginning.

Elohim:
What does the plural elohim with a singular verb tell us about God? What is the root meaning of El, the basic name for God mean? What doe it mean with Elohim?
Gen. 3:1 The serpent asks whether Elohim said not to touch the tree. Why do the 2nd and 3rd chapters of Genesis use the name Yahweh Elohim (LORD God) and not just Elohim (God) as in the first chapter.
Gen. 3:8 Adam and Eve hear Yahweh Elohim walking in the Garden.
In Ex. 21:1-6, the word elohim refers to judges (ha-elohim).
Ex.22:9-11 tells us that ha-elohim need an oath of YHVH to render a ruling. What does this say about the connection between judges and YHVH?
Ps.8. How has God made man "a little lower than God"? Why did God create man?

Is. 41:1-4 tells us that Yahweh is the first and the last.
Zech. 12:10 says that they "look on Me (Et) whom they pierced."
Can you seperate the One whom they pierced (Yeshua) from Yahweh? What does it mean that Yeshua and Yahweh are echad?
