Paul said man is head of woman because he was beginning of the woman. Reuben was firstborn, the beginning of his father’s strength, power, dignity and might (Gen. 49:3). Think of the Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) being the firstborn of the dead (1st Cor. 15:20). What, then, is Yeshua’s role for us now?
