Pesakh (Passover) is an annual biblical celebration of Heaven's miraculous deliverance of Israel from the "house of bondage" (Mitzraim/Egypt). It's commemorated on the evening of the 14th day of Israel's first month, which in 2025 is on April 12. For believers in Yeshua as Messiah (Jesus as Christ), the date also is the same, the Gospels record, as the crucifixion of Yeshua — Heaven's plan for freeing humanity fully from bondage to a life lived apart from the Creator of all. Jesus Cares 2020 Ministries is working to reopen the Community Dining Room at 610 Wilson Street, Santa Rosa, a crucial facility that has served as a beacon of hope for those in need. For nearly 60 years, this dining room has provided meals to more than 500 people experiencing homelessness each year. The second month of Israel's year is also special because it offers another opportunity for those who couldn't celebrate the Pesach (Passover) because of circumstances outside their control.
