The task to learn in season and out of season is not only the duty of a pastor but the duty of all believers.
This is not the harvest of wheat or barley but a great ingathering of all the produce, such as fruits, vegetables, etc.
Messiah said if you understand the will of God, you will understand the Messiah. Understanding the will of God is a believer’s first priority.
“Then on the fifteenth day of the seventh month you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no laborious work, and you shall observe a feast to the LORD for seven days.” (Num. 29:12)
How do you explain the numbers of animals, types of animals and the offerings to others? What do they represent? Is it simply because God says so?
The bulls sacrificed every day represent nations who will present themselves to God. They will he there because they want to celebrate the feast, not because they are forced to do so. The first day is 13 bulls, representing 13 tribes or nations. The first day, the bulls will represent the tribes of Israel.
The two ram represents chieftains or leaders who answer to the head of state.
The blood represents the physical body, new life. Yeshua’s physical body was killed for the sake of th New Covenant.
The 14 sheep represent those of the people who are brought into God’s dwelling place. The feast of Tabernacles is not a curse but a blessing. Sheep simply follow their master.
The goat is used for a sin offering. Goats have a sense of independence that sheep don’t have.
Yeshua doesn’t present our sins to the Father. He presents our contrite and humble hearts to the Father. That is our living sacrifice to the Father.
The grain offering is the offering of sincerity and truth. The oil and frankincense was mixed in. It’s not accidental. The frankincense is healing and brings renewal.
A fig tree produces fruit before it produces leaves. The leaves protect the fruit.
God cleans us from the inside out. You clean the inside and the outside will be clean. Yeshua scolded the Pharisees for being more concerned about cleaning up the outside.
