Shavuot (Pentecost) expands the Kingdom of God

Shavuot and the sabbatical years of the jubilee are based on three ideas: liberty, restoration and acceptance. Both stand on the same foundation.

What foundation does man stand upon? Dirt + water + breath of life = Man. We all began with Adam and Eve without exception. God gave Adam and Eve the Breath of Life and we have all inherited this because of them.

Sukkot lesson for the coming Kingdom: What is a ‘believer’?

Richard AgeeI was asked recently, “Is he a believer?” Who is a “believer”? What is “unbelief”? The Messiah and the apostle Paul spoke about “unbelief.” But what did it mean 2,000 years ago?

Fundamentals of reigning with Messiah in the Kingdom of God: Judgment, mercy and trust

Richard AgeeThe beginning of the future reign of Messiah Yeshua (Jesus) on Earth (Rev. 20:4–6), memorialized in the appointed times of Sukkot (Festival of Booths or Tabernacles) and Shmeni Atzeret (Convocation of the Eighth Day). Consider: During the 1,000 year-reign of Yeshua, if someone “walks” the wrong direction, the errant person will hear a voice, “Turn neither to the left or to the right; walk straight!” (Deut. 28:14; Josh. 1:7; Prov. 4:27; cp. Zech. 8:20–23).

Right now, that voice is hard to hear, but during the Millennial reign, that voice will be very clear.

Sukkot foreshadows coming of the Kingdom of God

John WalshIf you search online for “kingdom of God,” you will find plenty of erroneous information. The Kingdom of God will be a real kingdom on earth, not in Heaven. It is a very important topic because there are many Christians who believe they will be going to Heaven to reign with the Father, but Scripture tells us that this kingdom will be on Earth. This is one ticket we don’t want to miss out on. If you are passionate about the Kingdom of God, you will want to teach others about it too and bring them with you.

Bear fruit of righteousness to enter the Kingdom of God

Sukkot 2011 — day 3

God requires us to “bear fruit.” This is not optional. Yeshua got so angry at the Pharisees because of their failure to produce righteousness that he said God would give the kingdom of God to another nation that produces it.

Firstfruits of the Kingdom of God illuminate a dark Earth

The Kingdom of God is rarely discussed on Christian talk radio, yet it is an overwhelming theme throughout Yeshua’s teachings recorded in the New Testament.

Consider the spiritual implications of the line “your time has come to shine all your dreams are on their way” in Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel’s “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” Perhaps it is the time for the Firstfruit saints to shine like the sun and have their dreams come true, as described by the prophet Daniel. Those times may be close at hand.

The Eighth Day and the gospel of the Kingdom of God

Once in a while it’s good to get back to basics. The “gospel” of the Kingdom of God is more than the life, death and resurrection of the Messiah. Shimini Atzeret, or the Eighth Day (Isaiah 52), is a celebration of salvation, peace, restoration and the reign of God.
